Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hen, cooked, skinned and bones removed (save broth)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix eggs, water, salt, flour and oil well and roll out very thin.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Drop into boiling broth and add pepper to taste.
    Cover pan and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Do not remove cover until time is up.
    Add chicken and heat, if needed.
