Lemon Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. oleo
1 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 cans Thank You lemon pudding or pie filling
Preparation

Mix first 2 ingredients until crumbly.
Add nuts.
Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Take out.
Crumble up and repack in pan.
Cool in refrigerator.
Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup Cool Whip.
Put on cool crust bottom.
Add 1 1/2 to 2 cans lemon pudding on pie filling on top of cream cheese mixture.
Add rest of Cool Whip on top of pudding.
Sprinkle with crushed nuts.
