Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chicken broth
1/3 c. milk or cream
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add broccoli, milk, cheese and margarine. Cook on low heat until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated. Garnish with cheese. This recipe is easily doubled.
