Pecan Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1 lb. pecan halves (5 c.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until frothy, but not stiff.
    Add pecans and mix until well coated.
    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Add coated nut mixture and stir.
    Spread on buttered cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 225\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool.
