Pickling Pig Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
    1 small can Mandarin oranges, chopped with juice
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. or more coconut
Preparation
    Mix all together and beat with electric mixer.
    Pour into 3 layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, no longer.
    Cool.
