Cauliflower-Radish Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
2 c. thinly sliced radishes
1/2 c. green onions (1 bunch)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Place on a platter small, individual lettuce leaves.
On the edge, ring in alternate selections of chunks of jello and small pieces of fruit.
In the middle put scoops of cottage cheese and either sherbet or yogurt.
Surprisingly tasty!
