Chocolate Rolle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs, separated
    9 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 sq. chocolate, melted
    2 dashes vanilla
    3/4 pt. heavy cream
    4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    dash of vanilla
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks, sugar, flour, baking powder, chocolate and vanilla.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in gently.
    Beat cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff.
    Reserve.
    Put dough on waxed-papered cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool. Put more waxed paper down and flip from cookie sheet onto the waxed paper.
    Roll tightly.
    Cool.
    Unroll; spread with cream mixture.
    Roll again.
    Frost with chocolate frosting.
    Top with cherries and nuts.
