Dinky'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, partially drained
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients. Fold in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Pour in a 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake 25 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
