Chinese Beef Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean beef
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Chinese-style vegetables
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    rice
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, water, cornstarch and sugar in bowl.
    Add thin sliced cut beef.
    Stir to coat and marinate 5 minutes.
    Heat oil in skillet and add beef (including marinade); stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat.
    Add frozen vegetables.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Remove cover and simmer 2 minutes, while stirring gently.
    Serve with rice.
