Pork Chops With Apple Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. herb stuffing mix
    1/2 c. apple juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 medium apple, finely chopped
    4 pork loin chops (1/2-inch thick)
    paprika
    1/4 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Combine stuffing mix, 1/2 cup apple juice, margarine and apple in large bowl.
    Saut pork chops in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mound 1/4 of stuffing on each chop.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Add 1/4 cup apple juice to skillet.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is done, 170\u00b0 on meat thermometer.
