Crab Rangoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 to 5 oz. freshly cooked crab meat or imitation crab, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
    1 tsp. minced green onion (white part only)
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    24 crab rangoon or won ton wrappers
    2 to 3 c. vegetable oil for deep frying
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, salt, pepper, green onion, garlic, ginger, bread crumbs and sesame oil; mix well.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
