Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb. broccoli
10 strips fried bacon
1/2 medium red onion
1/2 c. dark raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. toasted sunflower seeds
Preparation

Cut broccoli flowerets into small bite-size pieces.
Peel upper stalks and cut into small pieces.
In small skillet, saute bacon until crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Break into small pieces.
Slice onion into lengthwise julienne strips.
