Beef Roast In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. sirloin tip roast
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 envelopes (1 box) Lipton onion soup mix
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Blend mushroom soup, onion soup mix and water together. Pour over roast. Cover and cook in slow oven (250\u00b0) until tender. Delicious cooked in crock-pot for 7 to 8 hours. Serve gravy with rice or potatoes.
