Creamy Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    a little salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 c. cheese
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in a small amount of water (cut up) with little salt 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and coarsely chop.
