Apricot Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars apricot tapioca baby food
3 eggs
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Beat sugar in oil.
Add eggs; mix in the dry ingredients.
Add the jars of apricot baby food.
Add the nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a greased Bundt or angel food pan.
