Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Preparation
    In a small frying pan, melt margarine.
    Cook onion over medium heat for 7 minutes and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly, stirring until thickened.
    Add mustard and cook for 1 minute over low heat.
    Serve with fish steaks.
