Delta Ribbon Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple jello
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
    1 large pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping
    1 1/2 to 2 pkg. ladyfingers
    toasted coconut
Preparation
    Cook pudding according to directions on package using only 2 1/2 cups milk. Cool completely.
