Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 large jar baby food plums
2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, but do not beat.
Bake about one hour in a 350\u00b0 oven in a greased and floured tube pan.
