Nancy'S Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick margarine
dash of cinnamon

Preparation

Mix ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
