Low-Fat Vegie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh tomatoes
    onion
    squash
    okra
Preparation
    Spray casserole bowl with vegetable spray.
    Place equal parts of vegies in dish in layers. Salt and pepper to taste. Dot with low-fat margarine or spray.
    Cover with lid.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
