Pumpkin Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. mashed, cooked or canned pumpkin
1/2 c. golden raisins
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Sift together the next 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Make a well in center and add pumpkin mixture.
Stir in raisins.
Turn into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pans.
Makes 3 medium loaves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Test center with toothpick.
