Fried Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small turkey or Purdue hen (6 to 7 lb.)
Preparation

Clean and season turkey or hen thoroughly.
Dice onions and green peppers and place under skin throughout the turkey. Seasonings can include Cajun, garlic salt, pepper, salt, poultry, Season-All, etc.
Flour turkey before frying.
Oil should be very hot.
(Pot used should be able to withstand heat.)
Oil should cover turkey; check occasionally for doneness.
Be careful with the hot oil.
When you put the turkey in the oil initially, the oil will boil up.
