Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cooked and boned chicken (save broth)
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    mushrooms (if desired)
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, crush Ritz crackers.
    Cook and drain broccoli spears.
    Place on top of crackers, then sliced chicken on top of broccoli.
    Add mushrooms.
    In 1/2 to 3/4-quart of broth, melt 1 pound Velveeta cheese.
    Pour over chicken, broccoli and crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May cover with foil. (I have used canned broth with good results.)
