Strawberry Shortcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix (follow directions on box)
2-8 oz. bowls cool whip
1 qt. crushed strawberries, with 1 c. sugar (set aside)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

First bake cake and let cool. Beat cornstarch, sugar, milk, and egg while cooking on medium heat. This should take about 15 to 20 minutes for the pudding to thicken. Once pudding is thick, set off burner and add vanilla. Let cool.
