Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    a couple hunks Velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish with margarine.
    Add a layer of frozen cauliflower.
    Add 2 layers of Velveeta cheese.
    Mix and heat. Pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
