Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large hash browns (frozen)
    1 pt. half and half
    1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 pkg. Cheddar, cubed
    1/4 lb. margarine
    onion flakes
Preparation
    Sprinkle onion flakes over potatoes.
    Melt remaining ingredients, stirring often.
    Pour over potatoes and refrigerator set for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Set out on counter 3 to 4 hours before baking.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    A dish that is always part of Potluck Christmas; also a welcome addition to many family gatherings.
