Midge'S Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large tomatoes
    6 onions
    4 red peppers
    4 green peppers
    2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. allspice
    6 hot peppers
    3 stalks celery
Preparation
    Cut up peeled tomatoes.
    In large kettle, add tomatoes, chopped onions, pepper, celery, spices, etc.
    Cook, uncovered, for 3 hours.
    Pour into clean hot jars and seal.
