Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli
    1 stick butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 single pkg. Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick butter
    mushrooms and onions (optional)
Preparation
    Grease dish.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook broccoli until tender (boil in 1-inch of water for 6 minutes) or use frozen; drain.
    Mix in one stick of butter or margarine and Velveeta cheese.
