Sue Albers' Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch cilantro
    2 yellow chilies
    2 jalapeno peppers
    2 large cans tomatoes (whole), peeled
    1 medium onion, cut up
    1 bunch green onions, cut up
    1 can sliced black olives (optional)
    salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano to taste
Preparation
    Chop finely in food processor or by hand the cilantro, chilies and jalapeno peppers.
    Use food processor to crush tomatoes. Chill a few hours to allow flavors to blend before first serving. This is a large batch; however, it keeps well.
