Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (4 oz.) diced chilies
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (13 oz.) chicken broth
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Blend margarine and flour.
    Add broth, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Add sour cream and chilies.
    Do not boil.
    Soften tortillas.
    Fill with cheese and onion.
    Pour gravy over top and add cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Before placing in dish, spoon a little gravy on bottom of dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
