Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. light molasses
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. prepared eggnog
    2 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation
    Prepare your favorite pastry shell; refrigerate.
    Mix sugar, flour, salt, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl. Add the pumpkin, molasses and melted butter and blend well. Slightly beat the eggs; add eggnog to the eggs.
    Pour into pumpkin mixture and mix well.
    Stir in brandy.
    Pour into the pastry shell. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until silver knife inserted comes out clean.
