Honey Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Pour water into bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan with roasting rack.
    In a small saucepan, mix honey, olive oil and curry powder; bring to a boil.
    Place chicken on rack, breast side up.
    Brush with honey mixture.
    Spoon 2 teaspoons of mixture into center cavity and sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
