Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) Fleischmann's margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. active yeast (dry or compressed)
    5 1/4 c. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and margarine.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Measure warm water into a large, warm bowl.
    Sprinkle or crumble in yeast.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add lukewarm milk mixture, eggs and 2 cups of flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Turn out onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover; let rise in warm place free from draft until doubled in bulk, about 30 minutes.
