Pumpkin Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and cut in shortening.
    Stir in sugar and pumpkin and mix well.
    Pat to 1-inch thickness on a floured board and cut with a biscuit cutter.
    Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
