Peach Or Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar, depending on tartness
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 to 3 Tbsp. water
    fruit (peaches or apples)
    butter
    2 crust pie shell
Preparation
    Slice fruit in pie crust.
    Mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over fruit.
    Add water.
    Dot with butter.
    Add top crust.
    Cook on 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then on 300\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
