Pop'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    2 slices ginger, chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 stalks green onions, chopped
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. frozen peas and carrots
    dash of white pepper (optional)
    6 c. cooked rice
    1 slice cooked ham, diced
    1/4 c. diced barbecued pork
    2 eggs, lightly beaten and made into an thin omelet (cook until firm), then shredded
    2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 c. stock (if needed)
Preparation
    1. Heat wok with oil, ginger, garlic and salt over high heat for 10 seconds.
