Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour, self-rising
    1 to 2 Tbsp. water, if needed
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Make ball; knead.
    Round into ball.
    Place into bowl.
    Let sit 30 minutes.
    Split into pieces, 4 or so.
    Use lots of flour to keep dough from sticking to anything.
    Roll out into a large sheet (thin).
    Let sit another 30 minutes or so.
    Flour well.
    Take one sheet, place on board, flour top of sheet; place another on top and also flour.
    Roll up and press into place a little.
    Take a knife or some sharp cutter and cut at any width you prefer, 1 1/2-inches.
    Let noodles dry more extensively.
    Then either store or cook.
