Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
    2 1/2 c. chopped green hot peppers
    5 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.
    Bring to boil; cook, uncovered, for two minutes.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
    Adjust lids.
    Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
