Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Beat together
with spoon sugar, oil and cinnamon.
Mix dry ingredients and
add to sugar-oil mixture.\tFold in apples and nuts.
Place
in
large
aluminum
pan
and
sprinkle with butterscotch morsels.
Place in oven and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
