Ingredients

2 large purple onions, cut in 1/4-inch slices
6 large, firm, peeled and quartered tomatoes
1 bell pepper, seeded and cut in strips
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Preparation

Place onions, tomatoes and bell pepper in a bowl.
In a saucepan, bring all other ingredients to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute only.
Pour over vegetables and chill.
Good with grilled steaks.
