Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. peeled, chopped apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cream the first three items until light and fluffy.
    Set aside.
    Mix the next three items and blend into first mixture.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured nine-inch square pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
