Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    24 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 c. precooked rice
    10 oz. Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute meat and onion.
    Then add chili powder, salt, tomato sauce, rice and 1 cup cheese and simmer about 2 minutes.
    Pour in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Put Ro-Tel tomatoes with juice on top (cut up tomatoes).
    Top this with 1 cup of cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
