Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla; stir over medium heat until thickened (about 12 minutes). Add coconut and pecans; beat until thick enough to spread.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
Great over German chocolate cake.
