Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. vegetable oil
pinch of salt
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix all together and put in greased muffin pans.
Makes about 12.
Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Bake for 30 minutes.
