Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sherry wine
1/2 c. oil
1 lemon, squeezed for juice
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp. powdered ginger
Accent (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Let set for 1 hour. Add chicken, beef or other meat and let marinate overnight.
This recipe is for 2 chickens.
Use 1/2 recipe for 1 chicken.
After chicken is marinated, bake in 350\u00b0 oven until tender, approximately 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
