Szchuan Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Dynasty hot and spicy seasoning
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 lb. lean boneless chicken
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
    1 onion, cut into chunks and separated
    1 small can bamboo shoots, drained
    steamed rice
Preparation
    Combine seasoning with 1/4 cup water and soy sauce.
    Set aside.
    Heat oil in large skillet (high heat).
    Add meat; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add celery, green pepper, onion and bamboo shoots. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
    Add seasoning; stir and cook 1 minute. Serve over steamed rice.
    Serves 4.
