Potato Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with 1/2 tablespoon salt in boiling water. Drain and mash.
    Saute onion and celery in butter 5 minutes.
    Add the mashed potatoes, crumbs, salt, sage and thyme.
    Beat with wooden spoon.
    Beat in egg.
