Eastern Shore Clam Cakes(Yields 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. clams
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. clam juice
    1 c. diced sweet onion
    butter (for frying)
Preparation
    Drain juice from clams (save for later in recipe).
    Mince clams fine.
