Vegetarian Eggrolls In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 onion, chopped
1 c. ground walnuts
salt to taste
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 qt. tomatoes or 1 can tomato soup
1 large onion, diced
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, eggs, stuffing, finely chopped onion, nuts and salt.
In a skillet, saute large onion and celery.
Add tomatoes; set aside.
Form cream cheese mixture into patties by dropping them from a tablespoon into oil in skillet.
Brown both sides, shaping them into patties.
After browning, place them in a casserole dish.
Pour tomato mixture over patties and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
