Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add salt, vanilla and milk.
    Pour into a casserole and place casserole in hot water and bake about 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Run blade of silver knife in custard and if knife comes out clean, remove from oven and water.
    Chill. Sprinkle nutmeg on top as desired before serving.
